Last minute luck brings us Damien Ike from the UK

DAMIEN_IKE_WITH_HAT300sq.jpgI booked Damien Ike several weeks ago after talking with his manager and listening to his music.  I learned that he would be in New York this week, where it is easy for him to all into Music FridayLive! (he could call in from London, but it is a lot of trouble on a Friday night for him). Then, nothing - I received no music, not bios, no emails, no photos, no nothing.  Emails to his agent went unanswered.  So we canceled him and were getting ready to edit a classic Music FridayLive! together.  Then an email pops up from him saying how much he looked forward to talking with us and listing his phone number - which I immediately called. It turns out that th agent is no more and the emails went nowhere.

Long story short, we scrambled and he will join us Friday at 2:30 pm ET.
